Project: Enhance Sepsis

Flagship Project

Susana Fernandes, Critical care physician and Associate Professor, will lead a project to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of sepsis patients, targeting a 10% reduction in one-year mortality and hospital readmissions.

This project is designed to respond to GIMM CARE Mission 3: Develop transformative solutions that prevent and combat infectious diseases and immune-related conditions.
